我的PD(EB2申请的）是2011年12月，去年降级到EB3，所以交上了485。 后来收到485收据时发现弄错了，还是打印的EB2。律师给移民局发信要求纠正过来，但是一直没有结果。
-Contact USCIS by calling or visiting local office to make sure the mistake has been corrected (it is very important).

现在最新5月份EB2排期远远反超EB3, 请指教我该怎么办合适。万分感谢。
-When the PD of EB-2 I-140 is current, then you just write a letter to request USCIS to do the I-485 interfiling (i.e. relink from EB-3 to EB-2). Thus, USCIS will approve your I-485 either based on your EB-2 or EB-3 I-140, depends on which I-140 PD is current.
