按EB-2的I-140, 我的排期优先能赶上这个月的排期。 如果我现在交上EB3的I-140/I-485, 移民局是等几年后再给绿卡呢还是可以按现在排期处理？ 公司请的律师很糊涂。很谢谢您的建议，明天去直接跟律师交涉。
-If your EB-2 I-140 priority date will be current in June, you don't need to file EB3 I-140 and I-485 (it is just waste money and will confuse USCIS also). Then, just file your I-485 based on EB2 I-140 next month and you will get the green card very soon.

Some China-born lawyers just want to get more money and thus, they always ask people to do downgrade from EB2 to EB3. You can see now the PD of EB3 will retract back to 2006 next month and these people have to wait for many years for the EB3 I-140 PD to be current again.
