-What do you mean "EB3 转EB2"? Do you mean your employer filed a new EB2 I-140 after they filed EB3 I-140? If so, yes. Both EB2 and EB3 I-140s are valid in this case and thus, you can file I-485 using any one of them.

 

 

我的EB3  PD 是 8/25/2008，去年转为EB2。 现在公布的六月份排期为EB2 到7/15/2008，EB3到9/1/2008。 问题: 1. 我是否可在六月份按EB3 递交I-485。2.  如问题一可行，按照 EB2 走势， 再等待1 到 2 个月我的EB2 也将 current, 请指点 哪一种情况下I-485可能 批的更快？ 是六月份 按EB3 递交 还是 等1 到 2 个月后按EB2 递交。先谢了!

-You can do the I-485 relink to the Eb2 I-140  when the EB2 PD is current, thus USCIS can approve your I-485 based on either Eb2 I-140 or Eb3 I-140.
