Please help, when I used my EAD worked for other companies with new degree, I didn't know there is a risk that I would get 485 REF.Just heard about it today.Worrying....
My status:
EB3 Biological technician 458 pending. Left the lab 2 years after 485 pending.PD: March, 2005
Now, hold MBA degree. EAD working in an inductry.The current company is reapplying I-40 for me.
Question:
How many chances will I get 485 REF? And if I get REF, which idea is better:
1, I can get a Job offer from China about the same EB3 work description to reply REF.
2, Apply AP and 3 year extended H-1B from current company. Whenever I get REF, going back China, give up 485 and come back with H-1B visa.
Any other suggestions?
