EB3 prediction on my case, is it reasonable?

First, we really appreciate the current efforts on EB3C. I just donated some money for the project.

My PD on EB3 is 04/07/2004. By combining all the info. I collected, I predicted the cut-off date on my case. Do you think it is reasonable?

Info. available: - Per I485 inventory and ~2000 CP before 04/2004
- Best case: 2500+1000(from family-based)
- worst case: 2500
- 2011, every month: 180-200

Best case: 9/1/2010 12/1/2010 3500 in 2010 FY
10/1/2010 1/15/2010 180-200
11/1/2010 3/15/2010 180-200
12/1/2010 5/1/2010 180-200

Worst case:9/1/2010 8/15/2010 2500 in 2010 FY
10/1/2010 8/15/2010 180-200
11/1/2010 10/1/2010 180-200
12/1/2010 11/15/2010 180-200
1/1/2011 1/1/2010 180-200
2/1/2011 3/1/2010 180-200
3/1/2011 4/15/2010 180-200
If we only have 1500/yr approved in 2010 & 2011 FY similar to 2009, we will at least delay another 1-2 years. Again, thank you!
