回复：EB3 I-140. 今天收到RFE， ABILITY TO PAY

RFE of this type asks for one or more of the three types of accetable documents, and company must provide one of those for all three years 2005, 2006 and 2007. Company must prove they can pay the proffered wage EVERY year of the three years by showing net income or net assets greater than the wage difference.
