解救苦大仇深的EB3

先致歉，前贴没贴上，手拙！
恳请各位相助。
EB3 140 已批，485 pending 已一年。受不了雇主欺压，换工作，仍在业内。
问题：1 换雇主能否影响485申请？2 原雇主是否有权利撤回 140 sponsorship?
