yes, I want to wait for longer to make myself stronger candidate for NIW, but I don't want to miss the time since I might be qualified to apply NIW and I would hope I can get GC before my child goes to college. based on the procedure Pjiang posted for processing I485,What is the best time I should start to apply NIW and use the priority of my EB3's 140 while I don't have to apply too early and wait for some steps after I apply?. I would rather wait beforehand to build up my strength instead of wait later if the waiting time is the same.I hope I explained clearly.Thank all
