VB for June 2007, EB3 is 01JUN03, your LC( i believe LUD is typo) is NOV 2003,so your case was only C on July 1st. so your case must be approved on July 1st or later,is it right?
hope more cases can get approved, but because the limited number, could not hope too much,it is like we are all in the Diversity Visa Lottery Program if your NC is cleared already
