EB3 怎么办！！！

我是EB3，PD 是APR 2003，LC/140 都批了，等派期。其实我是有MASTER DEGREE，当时公司说只给EB3，哎。可是什么时候能派到头呢？现在有别的公司愿意给我办EB2，工资也涨很多，你们大家说直不直换？谢谢~~~
