I suggest you

try to upgrade to EB2 or EB1 if possible. I believe that the retrogression in EB1 and EB2 will be improved greatly or completely disappered not long. The problem on EB3 will, however,have a hard time unless a new law is passedbecause most of indians are in this category. If you can manage another 140 approval on EB2 or EB1, the PD in the EB3 can be transferred to your new EB2 or EB2. In that sense, you get a big advtange. Good Luck.
