目前工资不到EB2 PERM上的prevailing wage，现在PERM已批，准备申请140.
想请问，在雇主提交140时，提供相关ability to pay证明的情况下，这个140还会100%收到ability to pay相关的RFE吗？
-Not really. Your current salary does not matter to the I-140 filing that much. As long as the employer prove the ability to pay (e.g. providing the financial statement, tax paying record), it will be fine.
还是说这个问题就有可能被移民局算作解答了，不再RFE了？
