8老师您好, 我的详情可见以前我的帖子, 简单地说, 就是有过arrest record by discordly conduct, 但检方在我完成Deferred Prosecution Program后已正式发函告之:
"You were not charged in criminal court. Due to your successful completion (of DPP), the chare against you will not be prosecuted and you have no criminal conviction."
现在在我们I485申请(用的我老婆的EB2. 因为问的好几个律师都不太想接our case, 所以没请律师)提交后一年后(我也用EAD找了份比较满意的工作), 终于等来了面试通知, 估计是arrest record的事情或别的材料需要面谈.
现正在准备面试的事情, 基本材料按面试通知的checklist已经准备好, 只有如下一件事情想问一下8老师:
1. The checklist in the interview notice contains:
A completed Affidavit(s) of Support (Form I-864) with all required evidence, including the following, for each of your sponsors (unless already submitted):
- Federal Income Tax returns and W-2's, or certified IRS printouts, for the most recent tax year;
- Letters from each current employer, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours, and pay stubs for the past 2 hours
a. 但我发现I-864主要是对Family-Based Petition, 我太太的肯定不算, 我的算不算?
-Not need I-864 for both of you. Explain it to the IO that your I-485 is EB category.
b. 我记得我在递交我们的I-485时, 根本就没交I-864. 现在我需要补一个吗?
c. 至于tax returns, W-2和Letter from each current employer and pay stubs, 我们都已经准备好了, 是不是就够了? 我还一定得填个I-864给他们吗?
