请教8老师，140降级，从二类降三类，485已交，ead已批，需要把ead卡，和485的receipt copy一起交一份吗，降级申请费现在也是580刀吗，递交地址express mail. 是到2501 S. State, 那个地址，不管是不是降级吧，可以用自己的paycheck 吧，谢谢，问题比较多，谢谢你的热心回答

-Only need your employer to file a new I-140 for EB-3, and no I-485 is needed.  If the EB-3 I-140 is approved and the PD is current, you just need to ask USCIS to relink your pending I-485 for EB-2 I-140 to the Eb-3 I-140. Talk to your lawyer.
