NIW的I-140已经批准， 但是H1B 期间被layoff， 如果直接美国内申请转为B2,这样可以赢得半年时间找工作，在B2有效期间如果找到工作，可以再从 B2 转回 H1B，不知道这种情况下申请Ｂ２会导致被拒吗？

-Probally it is difficult for you to get the B-2 due to I-140 approval, but not hurt you to try. By the way, if your B-2 is denied, your stay is still not counted unlawful because your H-1 I-94 does not expire yet. So, if you find a job soon, just ask the employer to file H-1 petition and then, you can go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back after the H-1 approval because it will have no I-94 due to your status gap

B2 转会 H1B 会有什么注意的问题吗？
