我还想进一步请教您一个问题，我的NIW485是今年5月份递交的，老婆孩子和我的工卡和旅行卡已经批准，我老婆孩子的H4将在今年的11月底过期，我的H1也将在明年6月份过期。我孩子年底将满21周岁，我孩子在2014年11月底递交了H4转F1的申请，可是到今年4月底的时候也没有批下来，现在看来是转不成了，我的问题是：
1）我孩子目前在这边是大三学生，今年年底之后我孩子的身份怎么办？应当注意什么？
-Your child does not need to do anything (actually, he can not do anything), and just continue his study because his pending I-485 (adjustment of status) allows him to stay and study in US legally after he turns 21.
2）我老婆的H4今年11月底将过期，我需要给我老婆办理H4延期吗？我老婆年底要回国，拿旅行证回国？
-Then, she may not need to extend it. If her I-485 is denied (e.g. result from your I-485 denial), she just goes to China to get the H-4 visa to come back. So, as long as yo9u keep your H-1 status, she will be fine.
应注意什么问题？
3）我的H1需要办理延期吗？
-You had better extend your H-1B status, just in case.
很可能我年底要被迫换工作？如果换工作需要办理H1b transfer？需要注意什么问题？
-The new job has to be in the same/similar field as you indicated in the NIW I-140. Your new employer just file an H-1 transfer petition for you and you can work for the new employer after the H-1 transfer filing (not need to wait for approval to work).
