本人H1B,准备提交485，排期是今年3月，但还有一些问题麻烦您：
1） 小孩（今年17岁，加拿大公民，刚从魁北克的法语中学毕业），小孩想接着在魁北克读书，他是从语言环境（英语和法语都有）考虑，我除了他所提到的还有学费因素，魁北克的大 学学费是全加拿大最便宜的，每年才合3000~4000美金（工程，计算机和business 专业），可能是美国公立大学的三分之一都不到。我的问题是我一个人先办绿卡，等小孩大学毕业再办（届时他要超过21岁了，到时应该是 independent 了 ），可不知道他办绿卡难度有多大？
-If CSPA age if > 21, it will take longer time because you only can sponsor him through family based category, F2B.
CSPA age = the child actual age when your priority date is current - I-140 pending time; I-140 pending time = I-140 approval date - I-140 receipt date.
还有我要是拿到绿卡，他要是来美国应该是什么身份，
-B-2 status using his Canada passport (not need visa), or find a job in US using TN or H-1b status.
会不会因为移民倾向不让他入境？
-Irrelevant.
我到时要是sponsor我儿子,他是不是要等很多年？
-Yes.
2） 夫人现在是加拿大永久居民，但还拿的是中国公民，我要是拿的绿卡，她还在加拿大陪儿子，当然她有工作。她要是暂时也不办，以后会不会很难来美国。是不是我拿到美国公民她才能过来？
-It is easy for her to get the green card. If she is in US at that time, she can file I-485 directly to get the green card; and if she is in Canada at that time, you can file I-824 for her to apply for the immigration visa in Canada to enter US to become a green card holder immediately.
要是她休假从加拿大来美国看我拿什么签证？
-B-2 visa.
是不是每次都要到美国使馆办签证？
-B-2 visa for a Chinese citizen is valid for 10 years with unlimited entry. So, only need to get the visa one time within 10 years.
