没有找到NIW的cover letter模板，自己仿照Eb1a的写了一个，请您指点（开头部分的地址的问题，我另外发帖子，解决后我再到这里更正）

Filed herewith is the Petition of an Alien Worker (I-140), XXX XX , Ph. D. (Petitioner and Beneficiary), on the basis that I am a qualified immigrant under the preference of advanced degree professional/alien of exceptional ability. The attached documentation shows that I qualify for a National Interest Waiver under the standards set by In re New York State Dept. of Transportation 22 I&N Dec. 215 (Comm. 1998), through (1) I seek employment in an area of substantial intrinsic merit, (2) the proposed benefit of my work is national in scope, (3) the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. With outstanding achievements in the field of XXXX, I have established myself as an individual with exceptional ability, and my continued presence in the United States will substantially benefit the United States and people. Please find enclosed the following documents in supporting my immigration petition.

1. Original signed form I-140,  filling fee in the amount of $580 check made payable to the Department of Homeland Security;
2. Petition Letter (detailed list of supporting documents enclosed);
3. Documentation at corresponding exhibits demonstrating my eligibility for permanent residence status (Please see list of INDEX OF EXHIBITS for details).
4. Certification of translation.
