我的EB2出啥问题了 ？

EB2 PD Nov 2004, 老婆是申请人，我是家属。 老婆2月份已经拿到绿卡了，我一直没
有动静。USCIS web case status: last update 9/30/2008. 一年多前了。

去年底也去Infopass 问过，告知 background check are both cleared, waiting for
decision. 本人以前多年H1B,这两年EAD, 无任何不良记录。

这周一去了Infopass, 今天收到USCIS回信：

“we have to perform additional review on this case ....There is nothing
that can be done to speed this processs up. Once its has been released from
the area, it should be sent to an officer for review...."


前天给 SF Senator Dianne 发了传真要求查一下，到今天还没有任何回复。


请问这种case 出啥问题了？
