Why is it a bad sample form for China EB3?

They use a world wide form for China EB3. This is very tricky. China EB3 should be applied to the form "...born in Mainland China". Their intention is very misleading. They try to give the false impression that there are a lot of Chinese EB3 waiting inline. In fact, China EB3 has a very short line.
