EB2 current, US or Canada?

My EB2 priority date is 03/2006. My family landed in Canada in 03/2008 and started working since. I went back US with AP couple times and got a AOS I-94 which will be expired 04/2009.

My wife and daughter are with me in Canada. My daughter has US passport. My wife will be attending graduate school in Canada in coming fall.

My wife was out of status in US for 3 years due to miss H-4 extension filing deadline which is the main reason for my family come to Canada.

Now I got offers from US but hard to decide to go back to US to wait for my green card in US or stay in Canada as it is.

Pros in US:
1. More job opportunities and higher pay

Cons in US:
1. Family separated
2. Don't know how long family will be separated
3. Longer working hours

Pros in Canada:
1. Family together
2. Much lower living cost (about 30% lower except gas)
3. Mild weather (South Canada compares to texas)
4. Authentic Chinese food
5. Don't need to keep extra saving for unpredicatable health care bill
6. Guaranted citizenship in 4 years

Cons in Canada:
1. Less job opportunities and lower pay
