I have been waiting for more than 40 days, still no news. I thought it could be faster, but boy, your case really depresses me.
Check http://www.trackitt.com/usa-immigration-trackers/atlanta-perm-tracker/ and you will find cases of PERM being posted there. Many are in pending.
