H- 1 part time 会影响办EB2 吗？请教小白兔和知名度比较高

今天咨询了几个律师，有的说要先将Partime H1 转成Full time , 然后才可以开始EB2 的申请。有的又讲没有影响，是两个不同的issue. 好迷茫。请各位指点指点。
