我公司支持eb1b, 2017年12月的Pd, 2018年已经面试了（面试后无任何状态更新，但是据说是正常）

现在苦等排期中

但是雪上加霜公司发不出工资了，但是愿意配合我做所有努力拿到绿卡

行业的原因，基本找不到其他的permanent 同行业的工作 

请问：

          1）一直到排期大约还有半年到一年，原公司可以停薪留职，保留法律上永久职位。这个会有问题吗？停薪留职可以多久不会出问题？-Your H-1b status will be invalid. But you still can stay in US with the pending I-485 and use EAD to work if you can find a job. 

          2）如果停薪留职不行，为了配合我拿绿卡，原公司也是拼了，我可以用自己的钱打给公司，算是给公司的投资，然后公司再给我发payroll，请问有这个必要吗？ -It is fine, but not neccessary. Because you have been interviewed, USCIS may not check your employment status in details later unless you change your job. If USCIS ask your employment status later, your company may just file another I-485J to confirm that you sre still the company employee. So, you may not need to worry too much.

          3）停薪留职期间我可以找别的非permanent或者非同行业工作吗？这样的工作可以不更新J表以免被拒吗？-If you change your job, USCIS will ask you to provide a new I-485J from your new employer, and that may put you in risk due to your 非permanent或者非同行业工作.
