我朋友现在有两年的临时婚姻绿卡，但是他现在要离婚了。这种情况是不是婚姻绿卡肯定不保 了呢？

-Divorce does not mean the green card will be void automatically. As long as he can prove that their marriage is true (not marriage fraud), then he can file I-751 for waiver by himself to get his permanent green card.

如果不保了，他想申请EB1A.他本人挺强的。可以直接交140吗？

-Conditional green card = green card. So, you cannot apply for green card if you have already have it. But if his green card is void (i.e. cannot get the permanent green card), then he can file I-140 to apply for a new green card. Because the problem is that he needs to have a non-immigant status such as H-1 before he can file I-485, so he may have to leave US and then, get the H-1 visa to reenter US if he lose his current green card.
