questions as to EB1A

Dear 8 teacher:

     i have questions as to Eb1A:

i have a close friend who wants to apply for EB1A, he is now in China. he has only BS in architect,  but he has a high position in his big company, annual salary is high. he has no research , but he the cahnceswas a main deviser of several tall buildings. how do you think as to the chance to successfully apply for the green card? what are the most important factors in his application.
