请问8老师和各位同学，我申请的EB1A， 140早已批，准备最近去广州办移民签证。签证时需提交一份offer letter， 提示我去美国后有工作，不会成为美国的负担。一个朋友给我出了一份 offer letter。

我的问题是：

1. 我拿到签证后先去别的城市取我寄存的东西所以机票目的地不是offer所在地，入境时会有问题吗？

-Should be fine. Just explain it to the CBP officer at the port of entry if they question you about it.

 

2. 我一定要为签证时提交的offer工作吗？

-Normally the VO in the US Copnsulate will require it, so you don't have a choice.

 

还是可以入境后找到其它工作，可以的话是否一定要干与research 相关的工作？

-The job offer must be in the same field as you claimed for EB-1A.

 

我能拿到绿卡后能直接去读书吗？非得工作的话，能Parttime 工作和学习吗？

-You had better work for the employer who offered you the position for some time, e.g. for about 6 months, then you can change job or go to school, in case USCIS might think you have fraud in green card application.

 

3. 我想到美国后，家人留在美国，而我尽快回国工作一段时间。一般入境后多久能拿到绿卡？

-You will receive the pasltic card in about one month.

 

拿到后能立即回国吗？

-Technically, yes, but you had better work for the employer for a while. See above.

 

能回国的话可在国内呆多久？

 

4. 绿卡到手前可以回国等绿卡吗？

-Technically, yes.  Your immigrant visa will be endorsed at the port of entry. The endorsed immigtrant visa is eqal to green card which is valid for one year, and you can use it to travel.

 

我到美国后办好各种绿卡的paperwork和打手印后回国，这边家人帮我寄绿卡回国，我再用绿卡入境美国可行吗？
