请问8老师，如果公司支持，工作多久才可以申请EB1B?

请问8老师， 刚刚收到offer，还没有payment, 但是公司支持办理EB1B，那么现在可以提交EB1B的I140了吗？还是必须等有了几个月的paystub之后才能提交EB1B的申请呢？
