谢谢8老师的回复。EB1B是要求公司提供的是permanent research positon，但是如果我和该公司已经私下达成默契：目的就是在该公司给我付最少的工资的情况下，帮我申请EB1B。这样，是不是我们只用在employment verification letter里面写明这是一个permanent research positon，但是在我的I485获批后（或者I485提交180天后），就可以停止给我发工资了？因为我看到有不少人是I485获批后就转工作了。非常感谢8老师。

-There is not a specific requirement for salary level for EB-1B, but you can not get paid too low compared to the market level for the same kind of position (a little lower is OK). After you get the green card, you can leave immediately if you have worked for the employer for > 6 months before you get the green card.
