非常感谢8老师的回答。可是我还有个疑问：如果只要employment verification letter不要paycheck的话，那就有可能出现这种情况：这个公司实际上没有雇佣我一天（没有付给我一分钱工资），但是仍然能帮我申请EB1B，只要我私下和这个公司达成协议就行了。这样做可以吗？

-No. EB1-B requires that the employer (sponsor) has to offer a permanent position or tenure/tenure-tract position to the beneficary.

A permanent job is one which has no specific term and  the employee has a reasonable expectation of continual employment.
