何为permanent job，
-Tenure or tenure tack, or the position has no definite term and it is renewable, and thus the employee has the expectation to be employed continually.

我也知道博士后不是Permanent Job。
如果老板有三年以上的NIH的Founding证明，申请EB1B有可能吗？
-It is possible, but have better change the title to research associate or scientist.
