My experience:

1. I deeply appreciate Lawyer Hai Miao from Law Offices of Michael Brooks & Associates (Tel: [phone]; Fax: [phone], Website: www.jingchenglaw.com) for her great help. As you can see, my case is weak. She dealt my case very carefully and proposed me step by step in collecting evidences, especially citation part, including citation impact distribution, country distribution, citation rankings. For special citation, she provided very good sample, so I can pick up something important that demonstrated that my works give good impact to my research field. I am sure she is very reliable lawyer.

2.It usually gets a RFE if you use Premium Processing, but don’t panic. During the short time of RFE, you have to prepare additional evidences, such as more review paper, find more citation out from ISI and Google Scholar. You should also push your boss and submit more manus, so you can submit your manus along with the receipts from journal(s).
