I-140 EB1

我是 postdoc, 正在办EB1 的 outstanding researcher,

在 I-140 上, 有一项必须说明这是个 permanent position.

结果拿到学校去签字, 学校说这 postdoc 不是

permanent position, 不能签. 只能是temporary position.

律师说 I-140 上 不注明 permanent position,

case 肯定不批.

现在已经僵持了一个多月了, 愁死了, 请大家帮帮忙吧.
