标准1. 学会成员
正式成员也不行, 比如我是ACS NOMINATED and ELECTED memebership，（我有提名和邀请函）， 被INS的RFE问的哑口无言，要求“去年有多少人apply, 多少人approved的数据“, <= 10% 才算吧。我只好撤销这一条。

标准2 获奖
My RFE:
“I. additional evidence to establish the significance of the award(s), the reputation of the awarding institution(s), and the specific criteria used to select the recipient.“

标准3 国际认可
我的推荐信来自英国2，法国1， 美国6， 中国1， 都是大教授，dean, chair，包括group leaders in NIH, FDA, Pfizer, GSK. 这般人都是大牛小牛，CV都有80~100 pages， paper多的有600+篇，少的也有100多篇。一样RFE, faint. 我怀疑INS根本没看reference letter and petition letter, 那可是好话说尽的呀。可能是把我给比下去了。

标准5 审稿人
最少要2次以上，比如我为两个Journal审过3篇文章（email 作证），RFE竟说evidence 不够。最后只好请editor写信说以后
会继续让我参加评审。
我朋友审稿11次（包括会议），律师用EMAIL作证，就一点事没有，所以说审稿数量也有关系。
