Research Associate -》 EB1b?

Hello, gurus:

Will someone be kind enough to answer my naive question: I am about to start a PostDoc position in a medical school with the job title "Research Associate" Will this qualify me for EB1b if I can have human resource from my school to write a letter stating that it is a permanent job? Many many thanks.
