conflict Eb-1 and J-1, urgent!

i applied EB-1 2001 JAN. and came here with J-1 visa due to an exchange program. So far i still in J-1, but recently i got letter that notice me to go to GuangZhou embassy for EB-1 gree card final process. i am worried about since i am in j-1 which has 2-years-requirement. is it can be a problem for my Eb-1 green card final process? if yes, what can i do for that? it is ungent because i appointment is march 6th. appreciate!
