自己申请 H4 和 EAD，怎么提供 H1B 的相关文件呢？

-Put all of the H-4 extension materials, H-4 EAD application materials, and the H-1 renewal application materials in the same packet. Then, mail the packet to USCIS. Thus, USCIS will know your H-4 is based on your spouse's H-1, not need to provide the H1 receipt notice.
