我现在是H4身份, 老公4月初递交了I485, 并同时申请了EAD，但还没有批下来，我以前以H1B spouse的身份申请过EAD，但从来没用过，后来又回国探亲，回来又给了我一个新的H4 797，如果我现在要工作，还可以用以前申请到的EAD工作吗？
-Yes if the H-4 EAD does not expire yet. If it expired, you cannot use it.

还是可以再申请H1B spouse的EAS吗？
-Yes, but because you have applied for a new EAD based on I-485, you don't need to apply for H-4 EAD again which will cost you several hundred dollars. I-485 based EAD is free.

另外我是加拿大公民，可以去申请TN签证吗？-No more TN for you because you filed I-485 (immigrant intent).
