各位老师好，请问一个问题。我的i-130表格已经拿到了priority date，我现在的F1到了申请opt的阶段。请问我的opt是否与i-130或i-485冲突？我知道在file i-485前我可以申请EAD and AP，请问我现在申请的EAD和到时的会冲突吗？谢谢！
-You had better apply for the I-485 based EAD when or after you file I-485. USCIS may not approve your OPT EAD if you apply for it after filing I-485 due to immigrant intent.
