我们去年10月递的485，排期下个月current

1）上周收到USCIS的信说：主申请的人的AP、EAD被拒绝，因为a green card will be issuing to you or you need a 打指纹（指纹已经打过了。）我跟律师说了，律师说是乌龙，file 了一个service request, 说2.28日前移民局回复。

-I agree with the lawyer.

我的问题是

1.依8老师的经验卡，移民局真能这么快就批准我绿卡？

-It hard to say.

2）排期current了以后，是不是就不能申请并得到批准的AP,EAD了？-No, the EAD?AP approval is irrelevant to priority  date.

3）这个case不用file I290B to reopen么？做service request 就够了？-I-129B takes a lot of time and money. I would rather file a new I-765 and I-131 and file I-129B.

4）如果结果还是denial怎么办？

 

2） 我老婆的AP EAD被批准了，但是USCIS case status 说，forward to appellate court for final decision。一个月了，还没收到letter.我不明白这批准AP，EAD还要appellate court决定么。-No. The IO is crazy.

我应该怎么办呢？
