-Do you mean you change job from non-cap H-1 to cap H-1 (e.g. from a university to a private company? If yes, then you need either to get the H-1 quote or just to use EAD to work.

公司的工作需要和原来申请绿卡时候的内容相似吗？-Yes.

会影响绿卡申请吗？-No if the old job and the new job are in the same/similar field, and your I-485 pending > 180 days.
