我的情況是原來的工作簽證1月1日到期，公司已經terminate我了，但是又給了2個禮拜的unpaid leave如果能搞定EAD還可以回去。我之前打電話的時候也選擇了expedite request的原因是financial loss. 我想知道這employment document裏面應該包含啥内容？
-The employment letter should address that the project is urgent. Because you were responsible for the project and had beeen worked for the project for a while and also, you have the skills and abilities for the project, it needs you to continue to work for the project. Otherwise, the project will not be completed on time and thus, result in great loss, etc.
應該讓我的manager 還是HR來簽字？
