please help about green card application, already submitted

For my parents green card applications, we have 母子关系公证书复印件 and 父子关系公证书复印件. Do I need to submit my own birth certificate, (petitioner's birth certificate)?

I am worried, I have already submitted my parents greed card applications without my birth certificate. But I submitted 母子关系公证书复印件 and 父子关系公证书复印件, and it shows my birth day, verifying who is my mom and who is my dad. Is the 母子关系公证书复印件 and 父子关系公证书复印件 enough? Thank you very much.
