我现在在公司C，140是C公司帮我申请的。我之前在公司A工作过，可是之后A公司被B公司买了。我的这个REF是说我的employment letter from company A failed to define what the specific job duty of beneficiary were.

 我让我的前老板给我出个证明，他现在在B公司。我的律师让他用公司B的信头写。

-Do you mean you need a reference letter from your former boss to verify your working experience for your I-140 sponsored by Company C? If so, the reference letter can printed in the plain paper, and just ask your former boss put his/her contact information in the letter as we normally do in regular letter.

可是他说，他们公司用信头要申请， 比较麻烦。你说该怎么办？
