My ead Renewal is over 90天，HR told me if employer有EAD renewal application receipt可自动让我顺延工作240天？

-Wrong! That rule is for H1 extension/renewal, not for EAD renewal. You had better go to USCIS local office to push them and then, you may get it approved in a couple of days.
