H1 签过了,是不是应该有工卡,移民局会寄吗? 还是另申请?

-H1 is working visa and you can work with h1 status efter your enter US until the H1 I-94 expires. You can extend your H1 status before the I-94 expires. No any 工卡 is realed to H1.
