for renew EAD; 提前120天寄出申请，提前EAD到期1-2周要求expedit service ，理由很多啦-->工作需要, 家庭经济困难，为国为民，.......电话/Infopass 一起上,
公司方面： 用PTO cover gap, working in PTO time and ask 公司 exchange PTO after EAD renewed.(if your 公司 agree).
