how to read Employment based I-485 Inventory Statistics?

hi, I am confused now. how to read and understand Employment based I-485 Inventory Statistics USCIS? I am H1B. 3rd preference.pd is Feb 25,2003. on Jan. the form shows 331 cases ahead me. but this month, it shows 221case ahead of me. does it mean that there are 110 lucky guys are green now? please help me!! thank you very much! and also next month will I be able to green?
