明白了，谢谢863211老师。我还有一个小问题就是怎样证明我新招的工作和当时申请140的时候的是一个领域呢，

是不是新的单位要给我出示一个证明，

还是移民局自己判定呢，

我感觉我这两个工作大方向是一致的，但具体到小的方向不完全一样，
-It is OK. It requires the same/similar field, not a exact specific research subject/direction/interest.
For example, your current major area is biomedical, your new job can not be in computer science or administration.
