My I-140 NIW already got approved and I-485 is pending. I am in 4th year H1b status, I have EAD card but never use it.

Last week I got a job offer from the same Medical Center I am currently working. It is a different department and my job title needs to be changed for this new position.

- Do I need to file another H1b?

- If I use my EAD card, do I have to to tell the International Office (responsible for my H1b visa) at the Medical Center?

- If I use EAD card, does the International Office need to tell USCIS?

- If I use EAD card, do I need to to tell USCIS?

- What else should I do to use EAD card?
